The volleyball must be bounced continuously within 2 minutes, and the bounce height of the volleyball shall not be less than 20 cm to be valid. If interrupted, any of the 8 members can pick up the ball and place it on the drum; the member who picks up the ball shall participate in pulling the rope to bounce the ball within 3 bounces. The team with the higher total number of bounces wins.
Judgment of Victory and Defeat: The top two teams in each group advance to the next round. If two teams have the same number of bounces, an extra 1-minute match will be held for re-counting.
  2. Step by Step
    Equipment: 3 wooden bricks.
Competition Method: Each team consists of 8 members (4 males and 4 females), standing in a single file facing each other head-on. After receiving the instruction, the first member (female) moves forward by exchanging the three wooden bricks in turn. The wooden bricks must be lifted off the ground, and only one member can move at a time. Upon reaching the opposite relay area, they high-five to exchange, and other members proceed in the same way. No part of the body can touch the ground during movement, otherwise, it is deemed a violation, and 5 seconds will be added to the team's total time for each violation. A serious violation will result in direct disqualification. (The competition must be completed within one's own lane; entering another team's lane and interfering with others will lead to disqualification).
Judgment of Victory and Defeat: The team with the shortest time ranks first, and the top two teams in each group advance to the next round.
  3. Rolling Wheel
    Equipment: Track
Competition Method: Each team consists of 8 members (4 males and 4 females), standing inside the assembled track circle. All members move to the finish line in the manner of a rolling wheel, and timing stops when the last part of the track crosses the finish line. No part of the body can touch the ground, otherwise, it is deemed a violation, and 5 seconds will be added to the total time for each violation. A serious violation will result in direct disqualification. (The competition must be completed within one's own lane; entering another team's lane and interfering with others will lead to disqualification).
Judgment of Victory and Defeat: The team with the shortest time ranks first, and the top two teams in each group advance to the next round.
  4. Whirlwind Run
    Equipment: Marker barrels, marker poles.
Competition Method: Each team consists of 8 members (4 males and 4 females). On the soft playground, each member holds a 4-meter-long pole and runs counterclockwise, clockwise, counterclockwise, clockwise, counterclockwise in turn, then returns to the starting point (i.e., the finish line). Timing ends when the entire team returns behind the starting line. (During the competition, no one can leave the pole with one hand or move the landmark position, otherwise, it is deemed a violation, and 5 seconds will be added to the total time for each violation. Leaving the pole with both hands, touching the ground with hands, or falling is a serious violation, which will result in direct disqualification).
Judgment of Victory and Defeat: The team with the shortest time ranks first, and the top two teams in each group advance to the next round.
  5. Caterpillar Race

As required by the equipment, all 8 members ride the caterpillar together to move forward, holding the handles tightly without releasing them. The caterpillar shall not drag on the ground, and no member shall lift their feet off the ground. Timing stops when the tail of the caterpillar crosses the finish line. Pay attention to safety during the competition. (The competition must be completed within one's own lane; entering another team's lane and interfering with others will lead to disqualification, and 5 seconds will be added to the total time for each violation).
Judgment of Victory and Defeat: The team with the shortest time ranks first, and the top two teams in each group advance to the next round.
  6. United Steps

After receiving the instruction, they chase along the designated route, and touching any part of the opponent's body results in victory. If the yoga ball falls or the ball is touched with hands during the competition, it is deemed a violation, and the competition result will be cancelled; if both teams violate the rules at the same time, the two teams will re-compete. The competition closing time is 5 minutes. If the winner is not determined within the competition time, the winner is determined by the distance between the two teams.
